Willie Bernice Bell was born on November 6, 1949, to Jack and Dorothy Goffney-Bell, in Conroe, Texas.

Willie is survived by her loving family, sons: Stacey Bell; daughter: Geneva Bell; grandchildren: Terrence Bell, Trent Bell, Caleb Bell, Cameron Bell, Avayha Bell and Damon Bell; great-grandchildren: Dacorian Bell, Giana Bell and Kingston Bell; sister: Theresa Bell; nephew: Deavin Stubblefield, along with a host of additional relatives and friends.
