Marcus Charles McGuire Sr.

Marcus was born on November 28, 1980, to M.C. Wiley and Odessa McGuire of Huntsville, Texas. God called him home on May 15, 2022, in Huntsville, Texas.

Marcus grew up in Huntsville, Texas all of his life. He received his education until he graduated in the class of 2000, making his mom and dad proud of him.

Marcus also played in sports. He played football and ran track at Mance Park Jr. High School, and basketball at Huntsville High School.

Marcus is survived by his wife: Mary McGuire, his children: Marcus McGuire, Jr. and Martraile McGuire; all of Huntsville, Texas; his parents: M.C. Wiley and Odessa McGuire; special mother-in-law: Henretta Barkin; sisters: LaRhanda McGuire, LaShonda Durham; both of Huntsville, Texas, Sheranda Lee; of Houston, Texas; brothers: Dexter McGuire; of Houston, Texas and Rodney McGuire; of Huntsville, Texas; aunts: Annette McGuire; of Huntsville, Texas, Gladys McGuire Jackson; of Indiana; Malinda Brown and Carrie Brown; both of Huntsville, Texas, Louise Brown; of Houston, Texas and Toni McGuire; of Huntsville, Texas; uncles: Calvin McGuire and Jessie McGuire; both of Huntsville, Texas; great uncle: Billie Bradford; of Dallas, Texas; brothers-in-law: Terry Barkin, Roger Barkin (Rhonda), Quincy Barkin and John Barkin; god mother: Bertha White; of Point Blank, Texas; special cousins: Anthony McQuirter, Lee Waynna Ferguson, MarQuita McGuire and Shineka; all of Huntsville, Texas, Anshanette McQuirter and Trevion McQuirter; both of North Carolina, and Kitrick McQuirter; of Huntsville, Texas, and a host of additional relatives and friends.
