Lenora Richardson was born to Lester Walker and Inez Spencer on October 26, 1947 in Houston, Tx.
Lenora received her education in the Houston and Huntsville school systems before entering the workforce. She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church where she was a member until she was called home to be with God.
Lenora met and later married Prettie Lee Richardson where three beautiful children were born from this union. They later separated.
Lenora worked many years for Sam Houston State University, The Lynch Family, The Martin Family, Walker County Annex Building, and Huntsville Memorial Hospital (HMH). She later retired from HMH.
Lenora was a very loving and kind person with a beautiful smile and a heart of gold. She loved her blue eye shadow and her lipstick color of choice for that day.
Lenora was preceded in death by her parents: Lester Sr. and Inez Walker, sisters: Joyce Walker and Erriestine Houston, brothers: Eugene and Charles Walker, her grandson: Dewayne Richardson Jr., and her niece: Lutrena Davison.
Lenora leaves to cherish her memories her sons: Anthony Richardson (Susie); of Willis, TX, Dewayne Richardson (Danitra); of Houston, TX, and her daughter Annette Richardson of Huntsville, TX, sister: Doris Archie; brother: Lester Walker Jr.; of Huntsville, TX; brother-in-law: Jim Houston; of Houston, TX.; aunt: Pauline Walker; of Huntsville, TX; 6 grandchildren: D’Wuan “Wuanie” Richardson, Kadetra “Dee” Richardson, Donterius”Trey” Richardson, Schantavia “Sha” Richardson, Dontreal “Fatty” Richardson, and Da’Corian “Corey” Richardson; 4 great grandchildren: Kadyn”KayKay” , Stanley III “3rd”, Kay’Lani, and Kattleya ‘K-Rae”; a special niece: Patricia Hill (Byron); a host of nieces and nephews; special friends: Shirley Gamble, Vera Spivey, Adell Hill, Willie Smith, Bessie Phlegm, Gloria Lovelady, and Bernice Justice.
