Helen Rolling, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend went home to the Lord on Monday April 5, 2021 at the age of 76. Helen was born in Huntsville, Texas on July 2, 1944, daughter of the late J.C. and Molly Jones. She is preceded  in death by her husband John T. Rolling and his parents.

Helen dedicated her life to Christ at a young age. As an adult she joined St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church and eventually became one of the founding members of Unity of Faith Missionary Baptist Church where she served  as the church secretary, youth director, Sunday school teacher until her illness would no longer allow. Helen was a devoted member of Unity of Faith; even attending virtually after she was no longer able to attend service in person.  

Helen is survived by her children: Felicia Moffett, Sophia Davis and John Rolling (Lisa); grandchildren: Natasha Rolling, Chris Rolling, Ashlee Rolling, John Rolling, Carlicia Alexander and Justin Moffett;  great grandchildren: Jalynn Hailee, Haiden Gavyn, and Kasyn; great-great grandchild: Izaiah; siblings: Doris Knight, Mattie Bridges, J.C. Jones Jr. (Diane), Wendel Jones (Johnnie), Idelpha F. Palmer, Joe (Elicia) and Jacqueline Rolling (Lincoln) and a host of additional relatives and friends.
