On July 27, 1938 a baby girl was born to John Henry Richardson and Emmaline Stone. They named her Freddie. She grew up and attended public school in Point Blank, Texas.
Freddie later met and married Stacy Rodgers on August 26, 1956 and to this union two children were born. Her daughter: Jackquelyn Faye Rodgers and son: Calvin Lewis both preceded her in death.
Freddie confessed her devotion to Christ at an early age and joined Booker Chapel in Oakhurst, Texas. She later united with Snow Hill Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in 1981 in Point Blank, Texas, in which she served as an active member until her passing on July 13, 2020 at her Huntsville, Texas residence.

Devereaux; of Point Blank, Texas; great nieces: Danielle Henry, Sadie Ague; of Huntsville, Texas, Carolyn Delroe; of Houston, Texas and Elaine Delroe; of Coldspring, Texas; step-children: Ronnie Thomas; Richmond, Texas, Donnie Thomas; of Huntsville, Texas, Rodney Thomas; of Huntsville, Texas, Yulonda Hill; of Willis, Texas, Elisa Thomas; of Huntsville, Texas and Alan Thomas; of Huntsville, Texas and a host of additional relatives and friends.
