Eugenia W. (Branch) Goudeau Obituary

On June 3, 1945, David, Sr. and Velma Branch were blessed with their fifth child. They named her Eugenia. She was affectionately called Jeanie Baby.


Eugenia attended Sam Houston High School, where she graduated with the class of 1963. Following graduation Eugenia joined the Air Force in 1963. Years later she moved to Chicago. She was employed by the Tinley Park Mental Health facility for many years. She eventually moved back home to Huntsville, in 1985 and later went to work at UTMB.


Eugenia accepted Christ at an early age at St. Paul United Methodist Church, in Huntsville, Texas, where she was baptized.


Eugenia was preceded in death by her parents: David, Sr. and Velma Branch; brother: David Branch, Jr. and sister: Elamae Branch.


To cherish memories of Jeanie Baby, include her daughter: Linnice Perry (George); son: Carl Goudeau; grandchildren: Monique Perry, Maya Perry, George Perry IV a.k.a. Tbaby, Cartavious Goudeau, Carnelus Goudeau, and Eariel Goudeau; sisters: Mattie Sowells and Waldo Nobles; special friend: Brenda Glaze; special bonus son: Kelly Jackson, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
