Charles Edwin Philio

Charles Edwin Philio was born July 5, 1948 to Lewis and Clara Bell Philio in Grimes County, Texas.

Charles was Proceeded in death by his parents and his sister Bobby G. Haynes. Charles was a resident for many years at Brenham State Supported Living Center. He received training in Life and personal living skills. He worked small jobs around campus until he retired.

Charles is survived by his sisters: Delores Bowden of Burnett, Texas; Doris Doggett (Roger) of Bedias, Texas; Lewis Ann Sandles; of Madisonville, Texas; Johnnie C. Williams (Johnny) of Houston, Texas, his brother: Billy R. Philio (Verna) of Riverside, Texas. Charles has one aunt: Eva Mae Winfrey of Spring, Texas. Charles also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
