Barbara Cheryl (McGowan) Bay

Barbara Cheryl (McGowan) Bay was born in Huntsville, TX, to Champ and Bobbie McGowan. Shewas preceded in death by her parents, Champ McGowan and Bobbie McGowan, and her sisters, Janice Jefferson, Sandra McGowan, and Brenda McGowan.

Barbara leaves to cherish her loving memories her devoted husband, Michael Banks, her beloved children, Lawana Bay (Arthur) and Kenneth Bay (Lola); her cherished grandchildren, Weeonica Kizzee, Weedaysha Kizzee, Kenneth Bay, Jr., Jerry Mills, Justin Brown, and Jayvion Bay; and her four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Willie McGowan, Henry McGowan, and Edward McGowan, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Barbara Cheryl (McGowan) Bay will be lovingly remembered for her strength, devotion to family, and the lasting impact she made on all who knew her.
