Ambrose Adesagbon Ogbevoen

Ambrose A. Ogbevoen, 67 years old, passed away on August 22, 2024.

Ambrose was born on December 5, 1956, in Benin, Nigeria to the late John Idurobo Ogbevoen and the late Veronica Ogbevoen. He was the eldest son of 9 children. He loved spending time with family traveling, eating, and watching sports. He was a loving husband, devoted father, cherished brother, beloved and fun uncle, and a pillar of our family. He was kind-hearted, a generous spirit, had unwavering love, outgoing personality, quick witted, good-natured, and had a friendly banter.

Ambrose was hard-working and dedicated. He attended Sam Houston University where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. He also attended Immaculate Conception College, Benin City, and College of Education, Abraka, in Nigeria. He worked in management in various establishments and the HVAC industry.

Ambrose is survived by his wife: Patricia Ogbevoen, three children: Rosemary Ogbevoen, James Ogbevoen and Michael Ogbevoen, siblings:Cecilia ,Justin,Paul, Nicholas, Jovita, Francis, and Maurice, nephews, nieces, many friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly.
