Thiansia Caye Franklin-Hill was born to the late Larry Dean Franklin and Martha Ann on December 20, 1974, in Huntsville, TX. She attended schools within the Huntsville ISD.
Sis. Caye became a member of Greater Robinson Memorial COGIC in 2007 where she sang in the choir, ushered, cleaned the church and supervised the kitchen staff for years. Prior to that she was a member of Little Bethel Holiness Church.Caye sang in the choirs and with God's Children while growing up.

In 2009, she was united in holy matrimony with Keith B. Hill, Sr,. This union was blessed to parent 5 kids.
Sis. Caye worked for Huntsville ISD-Food Service and serviced as Food Service Supervisor at Lexington Center in Huntsville for many years. We cannot forget her crafts of editable crafty work of Caye's Fruit Trays.

Caye slept peacefully away on May 23, 2019 at Conroe Regional Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her fathers: Larry Dean Franklin and George (Precious) Watkins; her nephew: LaQuincy Thompson Jr.; grandparents: James Sr. and Catherine Bryant and L.C. Sr. & Nudie Franklin.

Caye leaves to cherish her memory her mother: Martha Ann Watkins, husband: Keith Hill, Sr., sons: Timothy Franklin and Keith Hill Jr. Daughters; Mackala Ann Mack (Tyrone), Tahnisha Deshaa Mack (Deion) and Artavia Lee-Ann Hill all of Huntsville;  brothers: Cardell Franklin (Melinda) of Port St. Lucie, Florida, and Laquincy Thompson Sr (LaTosca) of Texas City and one sister: ReMonica Booker of Texas City; 7 grandchildren-Laureen Williams, Deion Williams Jr, Leionna Williams, Tayden Willis, Tahmiya Franklin, Khiara Fair,  and Drailynn Franklin, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
