Robert Edward Lee Sr. was born on July 16, 1937 to Wade, Sr. and Mamie (Hyde) Lee in Riverside, Texas. He grew up and attended school in the Walker County community. In his adult years his main occupation was a Logger.

In 1976 Robert married the love of his life; the former Annie Mae O'Bryant. To this union three children were born.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Wade, Sr. and Mamie Lee; brothers: Wade Lee Jr., J.W. Lee, Charles Lee and James Earl Lee and sister: Ethel Lee Versa.

Mr. Lee is survived by his wife: Annie Mae Lee; children: Robbie Wilson and husband: Robert, Robert Lee Jr. and wife: Nancy, Chrystal Moore and husband: Clayton and Earline Walker; grandchildren: Kayla Jefferson, Teaira Simmons, Taleah Moore, Chloe Moore, Devon Benitez, Alexis Rivers and Yasmin Moore; brother: Joe Louis Lee; sisters: Eva Robinson, Mary Lois Price, Flora Lee Rhem and Lucille Tubbs; sisters-in-law: Lue McGowan and husband: Carl, Betty O'Bryant and Alice O'Bryant and a host of additional relatives and friends.
