Reginald O'neil Davis was the 3rd son born to Leroy Sr. and Bettie Davis in Houston, Texas. He attended and graduated from Worthing High School. Following graduation Reginald attended Texas Southern University.

Reginald gave his life to Christ at an early age at St. Agnes Baptist Church, in Houston, Texas under the leadership of Rev. Gene Moore. In later years he moved to Huntsville, Texas and moved his membership to Unity of Faith Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Eldridge McAdams.

Following his move to Huntsville Reginald began working for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, where he continued to work until his retirement in 2010.

Reginald was preceded in death by his father: Leroy Davis, Sr.; brother: Darryl Davis and niece: Angel Davis.

Reginald leaves to cherish his memory his wife: Sophia Davis; of Huntsville, Texas; children: NaTasha Rolling and Ashlee Rolling; both of Huntsville, Texas; mother: Bettie Davis; brothers: Leroy Davis, Jr., Dean Davis and Henry Davis (Tracy); all of Houston, Texas; grandchildren: Jalynn Ashley, Hailee Rolling and Haiden Rolling; all of Huntsville, Texas; great-grandson: Izaiah Ashley and a host of nieces and nephews, additional family and friends.
