On December 6,1977 in Galveston, TX., Michael Jerome Johnson was born to Horace Smither and Mary Sue Johnson.

Michael grew up in Huntsville TX. where he attended school in the Walker County School System. He received his diploma at Cleveland High School, as a member of the class of 1997.

At a young age, Michael confessed his life with Christ at Robinson Memorial Church of God in Christ Huntsville, TX., under the leadership of Pastor Elder E.L. Spikes. Later in life he transferred to St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church in Humble TX. under the leadership of Pastor Richard Hall where he remained a faithful member. Michael was a loving and devoted father to his son and daughter.

We couldn't ask for a better blessing from God for a son, brother, and uncle.

Michael was the ultimate fan of the world's Best NFL American Football Team the DALLAS COWBOYS!!!  That's Right.

Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Abe Johnson Sr. and Doris Johnson, and uncle: Kenneth Ray Johnson.

Michael departed this life surround by the love of his family on September 7, 2023.  He leaves to cherish precious memories his parents: Horace Smither and Mary Johnson; children:
Hi'Manuel K. Johnson and Ar'Miah J. Johnson; sister: Nicole Leverne Johnson; nephew: DeQuan Jamarkus Underwood, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and many friends who were all very near to his heart.
