Lee Marcelle Price was born on February 4, 1975 to Lee Martin Byrd and Earline Price, in Huntsville, Texas.

Lee was a man that loved his family and his true friends more than he loved himself. He loved everyone equally regardless of that person's status. Lee didn't judge anyone knowing that no one was perfect and at times we all have fallen, but eventually found their way.

Lee was a man that enjoyed cooking and sending photos of what he made. No matter the circumstances he would share what ever he had. What he didn't have in personal value, he had in his heart. He made everyone around him feel like they were somebody.

Lee is survived by his mother: Earline Price, brothers: Leslie Orlando Price and Alcindo Ray Price and a host of additional relatives and friends.
