Kenneth Ray Carroll was born on April 15, 1961 to the union of Eddie Lee Carroll Jr. and Lillion Rigsby Carroll, in Huntsville, Texas.

Kenneth accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized under the leadership of the late Rev. J.W. Williams at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. He later became an active member of Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Donnie Tubbs.

Kenneth received his formal education at Huntsville High School.Following graduation, he continued his education at Sam Houston State University. He then worked eight years as a Correctional Officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice

On March 8, 2019,a loving and wonderful brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend, went to be with the Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew: Calvin Nobles.

Kenneth leaves to cherish his memory; his sister: Belinda Ann Carroll; brother: Billy Don Carroll; aunts: Pearly Carroll Lyons and Rona Crowder Rigsby; nephews: Brandon, Kitrick, Dontrel, Broderick, Demarcus and Tyler; nieces: Sheniquea, Shequita, Angelia, Shawtera, Talisa, Shalinda and Shanice; and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
