Your wings were ready, but we were not.  Our most beloved son, Joseph Monroe Love passed from this earth on November 1, 2019 at the age of three, following an accidental shooting.  Joseph was born on December 24, 2015 to his loving parents, Anthony and Leah Love. He was an energetic, bright, and happy child, who loved to play outside with his pets.  Joseph was a proud, loving big brother to his one-year old baby sister, Ezrian Love.

Joseph touched the lives of so many.  He was our beloved, shining, happy boy, the light of our lives and the star of our hearts.  He leaves us smiling through our tears. Joseph will be remembered as pure joy personified.

Joseph's memory will forever be cherished by his family and friends.  He is survived by his parents: Anthony and Leah Love; of Houston, Texas, sister: Ezrian, paternal grandparents: Rudy and Rhonda Love; of Bedias, Texas, aunt: Robin Love Ray and uncle: Josh Ray; of Houston, uncle: Alexander and aunt: Adrienne Love, uncle: Jesse Love; of Palestine, Texas; great aunt: Dr. Lillian Love Kennedy and uncle Brendan Kennedy; of Dallas, Texas; great uncle: Bobby Joel Love; of Bedias, Texas; and great aunt: Melissa Love Fox and uncle: Nathan Dean; of Bedias, Texas; and numerous cousins and friends.

Joseph will be honored in a small private memorial service for family and close friends only.
