On June 10, 1947, a baby boy was born to Johnnie and Magaline Kizzee, in Huntsville, Texas.
Ernest attended Trinity High School, where he graduated valedictorian of his class. Following graduation, he worked a variety of jobs until he found something that gave him a purpose. He joined the U.S. Army, where he served in Vietnam and became a well decorated soldier; receiving several medals that included a Purple Heart medal. Ernest served his country for 16 years until he was honorably discharged. He prided himself in speaking German, Vietnamese and Spanish as well. In later years, Ernest would work faithfully for 11 years at the Veteran's Hospital, in Houston, Texas.
Ernest joined Pilgrim Ridge Church at an early age.
After failing health, Ernest passed away on November 19, 2019, in Huntsville. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter: Lamonica Kizzee, brother and a sister.
Ernest leaves to mourn his passing his children: Deena Prince, Charleece Kizzee, Vernessa Grimes, Olaia Kizzee, Cecilia Coleman, and Ernest Kizzee Jr.; all of Houston, Texas, brother: Matthew Kizzee; of Huntsville, Texas, sisters: Annie Kizzee Jones and Marie Williams; both of Huntsville, Texas, former wife: Shirley, a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, additional relatives and friends.
