Eddie Raye Isaac, was born on June 23, 1935 to Goodnue and Irene Hagans in Huntsville, Texas.

Eddie Raye was raised in Huntsville and attended school as well. She graduated from Sam Houston High School. She also attended church in the community, where she was a member of St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church. She remained faithful until her health began to fail.

On November 16, 1958, she was joined in holy matrimony to Earlie Isaac. To this union one son was born.

Eddie Raye was proceeded in death by her parents; brothers: William Ben Hagans Sr. and Kimble "Bo" Hagans.

Eddie Raye Isaac leaves to cherish her memories; her son: Robert Earl Isaac Sr. and wife: Natalie and Royce Hagans (her nephew that she raised as her own) and wife: Shelia; all of Huntsville, Texas; grandson: Robert Isaac Jr.; of Huntsville, Texas; sister: Vera Mae Hagans-Spivey; of Huntsville, Texas, and a host of nieces, nephews, additional relatives and friends.
