Charlie Williams, known to everyone as "Billy" was born on December 1, 1937 to Charlie Sr. and Lucy Mae Toaster Williams in Huntsville, Texas.

Charlie was married to the love of his life Annie Rose Bass-Williams. To their union 4 children were born.

Charlie was preceded in death by his parents: Charlie Sr. and Lucy Williams; his beloved wife: Annie Rose Williams and his daughter: Darlene Williams Fisher.

Those that were left to cherish memories include his children: Mary Diane Williams James (Freestone), Charlie Williams III (Anita) and Eddie Lee Williams (Katrina); grandchildren: Jamor James (Tia), Tiwana Jefferson (Kelvin), Nas Davis (William), Dr. Candice Williams, Sherilynn Williams, Jasmine Williams, Tristan Shaw, Dimarcus Williams, Eddwina Williams Ross (Marques), Jayda Williams, Jorden Ross, Joshua Ross, Nakia Ashley and  Carissa Fields (Thomas); great-grandchildren: Cassidy Fields, Jaylon Sherwood and A'Brianna Sherwood; brother: Eddie Lee Williams (Billie); sisters: Mary Moultry (Percy) and Esther Williams; a host of nieces, nephews, additional relatives and friends.
