Carneishia Lashae Norman was born May 16, 1992  in Galveston ,Tx to her loving parents Lavonda Giddens and Carlos Norman Sr.

Carneisha always had a smile on her face a very happy person with a vibrate spirit that could travel miles always. She also believed she was the boss of everybody.

God called his precious baby girl home on Dec 21, 2019. She leaves behind her Mother: Lavonda Giddens (Charles), father: Carlos Norman (Rosalyn), brother: Carlos Norman Jr., sister: Carmeishia Norman, grandmother: Oreatha Norman and host of aunts, uncles, and many cousins, special friend Rebecca Dixon.
