Alexander Van White(a.k.a.) A.V White, was born in Point Blank, Texas on August 22,1934 to Thomas White and Sallie Howard White.
A.V attended Lincoln High School in Coldspring, TX. He was known for many jobs by many people. He owned his on business as a logger for more than 40 years. He also was a farmer, a mechanic, and a junker. He was an all-around handyman.
A.V lived a joyful life and loved his family. He was willing to lend a helping hand to family.
A.V. married his wife Wilma Dean in the year of 1976. Two years later God blessed them with a baby girl and four years later a son.
A.V. gave his life to God in the year of 2010 and you could hear him praying all the time.
A.V. was preceded by his parents: Thomas and Sallie Howard White; his wife: Wilma Louise White; stepsons: Bergon Dean and Roosevelt Barnes; sister: Clarie Nobles and brothers: Herbert White, Udell White, Donald White and Carter White.
A.V. is survived by his two children: Alicia White and Alexander White; grandson: Farryn Syke; sisters: Alenisa Miller, Bonnie Faye Landry, Marion Hamilton, Ella V Jenkin and Lorene Butler; brother: Harvey White, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
